Service level targets
What you can expect from GuardHound's monitoring infrastructure, by plan. These are public targets, not contractual SLAs — for negotiated SLAs with credits, contact support@guardhound.io.
Platform availability target
GuardHound targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard, measured externally. Live status is available at /status. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via the in-app notification banner.

Incident response
For platform incidents, we acknowledge within 1 business hour during weekdays (08:00–20:00 UTC) and post updates at /status. Customer-impacting outages of more than 30 minutes trigger an email to all active subscribers within 24 hours.
Subprocessors
GuardHound is hosted on Replit (US). We use Postgres for application data, Redis for queues, Stripe for billing, and Resend for transactional email. See the Privacy Policy for the full subprocessor list.
