Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from the portal billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure payment processor.
What happens if I exceed my domain limit?
On Starter and Pro you simply add another domain to your subscription — pricing is per domain, so each client domain is one unit. On Business and Agency you'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing monitors always continue working.
How does per-domain pricing work on Starter and Pro?
Starter ($29/domain/mo) and Pro ($59/domain/mo) are billed per domain you monitor. Each domain unit includes its own service monitor allowance and status page, so a solo provider can add one client domain at a time instead of paying for a fixed bundle. Existing subscribers on the previous bundle pricing keep their current plan and limits unchanged.
Can I get a report without a subscription?
Yes. The one-time Website Security Checkup Report ($19) includes full Executive and Technical PDFs for one scanned domain. Consultants and providers can choose the separate Branded Provider Report ($49) with their logo, firm name, and accent color; a $99 3-pack covers three domains. Ongoing white-label reporting is included in Business and Agency.

What breach data does GuardHound use?
Free and Starter scans use XposedOrNot for domain-wide breach lookups. Pro, Business, and Agency add Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) on top, deduplicated by breach name and date so you get the broadest coverage in one feed. If a paid plan's HIBP feed is temporarily unavailable, the scan silently falls back to XposedOrNot — it never errors.
Who is the Agency plan for?
Agency is the separate provider path for MSPs, IT consultancies, and security firms managing many client domains. You get unlimited monitors with 30-second checks, up to 25 child client workspaces under one Stripe subscription, white-label PDF reports, and a rollup dashboard. Small businesses watching their own domains should start with a Free, Starter, Pro, or Business plan.
